Warrant Office. The Company shall maintain an office for certain purposes specified herein (the "Warrant Office"), which office shall initially be the Company's office at 9677 ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇d may subsequently be such other office of the Company or of any transfer agent of the Common Stock in the continental United States as to which written notice has previously been given to all of the Warrantholders.
