Common use of WARRANT OPERATIONS SERVICES Clause in Contracts

WARRANT OPERATIONS SERVICES. (a) to receive, putaway, store general goods / dangerous goods / bonded goods (as the case may be) at the Building pursuant to orders placed by warrant customers; (b) to manage warrant customers’ goods within the Building (including stock-keeping, other aspects of inventory management and provision and maintenance of an warehouse management IT system); (c) to retrieve goods according to the instructions of the warrant customers and to prepare them for dispatch and/or delivery; (d) to provide space within the Building for preparation of the goods for delivery; and (e) to process orders by and issue warehouse warrants, cargo receipts, bills, invoices, and other relevant documents to warrant customers.
