Common use of Warrant Registrar Clause in Contracts

Warrant Registrar. The Company shall maintain an office or agency where Warrants may be presented for registration of transfer or for exchange (“Warrant Registrar”). The Warrant Registrar shall keep a register of the Warrants and of their transfer and exchange. The Company may appoint one or more co-Warrant Registrars. The term “Warrant Registrar” includes any co-Warrant Registrar. The Company may change any Warrant Registrar; provided, however, that it shall provide written notice thereof to the Holders promptly following any such change. The Company or any of its subsidiaries may act as Warrant Registrar. The Company will initially act as Warrant Registrar.
