Warrant Transfer Books. (a) The Warrant Certificates shall be issued in registered form only. The Company shall keep at its executive office a register in which, subject to such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, the Company shall provide for the registration of Warrant Certificates and of transfers or exchanges of Warrant Certificates as herein provided.
