Warrantholder not a Shareholder, etc. The holding of a Warrant shall not be construed as conferring upon a Warrantholder any right or interest whatsoever as a Shareholder nor entitle the holder to any right or interest in respect thereof except as expressly provided herein and in the Warrants.
