Warrantholder not a Shareholder, etc. The holding of a Warrant shall not be construed as conferring upon a Warrantholder any right or interest whatsoever as a Shareholder nor entitle the holder to any right or interest in respect thereof (including the right to vote at, to receive notice of or to attend meetings of Shareholders or any other proceedings of the Company, or any right to receive dividends and other distributions) except as expressly provided herein or in the Warrants.
