WARRANTIES AND CORRECTION OF DEFECTS OR DEFICIENCIES. 13.1 Design-Builder’s Warranty. Design-Builder warrants that: (a) the equipment and materials will be new, free of defects or deficiencies in materials and workmanship, and fit and sufficient for their intended purpose as set forth in the Contract Documents; (b) the Work will be performed in accordance with the standards and requirements specified in the Contract Documents; and (c) the Project shall be designed and constructed to meet the requirements of the Contract Documents and to produce a fully functional facility that is capable of achieving all performance objectives of the Contract Documents and of operating free of major defects in its major components.
