Warranties and Guaranties. The Contributor shall not before or after Closing, release or modify any warranties or guarantees, if any, of manufacturers, suppliers and installers relating to the Improvements and the Personal Property or any part thereof, except with the prior written consent of the Acquiror, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
