Warranties and Indemnities: General Provisions. 10.1 Each of the Warranties and each of the indemnities set out or referred to in this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding AQSE Admission. For the avoidance of doubt, this Clause 10 shall be without prejudice to the time limits expressly set out in this Agreement. 10.2 The indemnities set out or referred to in this Agreement shall be in addition to and shall not be construed to limit, affect or prejudice any other right or remedy available to any Indemnified Person. 10.3 No neglect, delay or indulgence on the part of Dowgate or any other Indemnified Person in enforcing the Warranties or the indemnities set out or referred to in this Agreement or in enforcing any other term or condition of this Agreement shall be construed as a waiver thereof. 10.4 Notwithstanding any rule of law or equity to the contrary, any release, waiver or compromise or any other arrangement of any kind whatsoever which Dowgate may agree to or effect as regards the Company in connection with this Agreement and, in particular (but without limitation), the Warranties and the indemnities set out or referred to in this Agreement, shall not affect the rights of Dowgate of any other Indemnified Person as regards any other person.
