Common use of Warranties and rights Clause in Contracts

Warranties and rights. 18.1 To the extent permitted by law, the only warranties we give under this Agreement are those that are expressly set out in the Agreement. 18.2 If any part of this Agreement is unlawful, unenforceable or invalid, that part will not apply, but the rest of the Agreement will continue unchanged.
