Warranties and Service Contracts on Assets. The Seller shall deliver to the Buyer assignments of all material service contracts, maintenance and support agreements or warranties on the acquired Assets, as provided for in Schedule 7.2, to the extent assignable, or Seller shall cause them to be in full force and effect with the Buyer as the party to said contracts or warranties.
