Warranties by ABC a. ABC warrants to CREDIT CONNECTION that its execution, delivery and performance of this AGREEMENT do not violate the terms of any law, regulation, court order or material agreement to which ABC or any ABC AFFILIATE which may use the SERVICE or MARK xx subject. ABC also warrants that ABC and all ABC AFFILIATES shall comply with applicable laws, statutes, regulations and ordinances related to this AGREEMENT and its subject matter. ABC acknowledges and agrees that, to the extent ABC or any ABC AFFILIATE does not maintain in good standing its contractual relationship(s) with any third party where such relationship(s) is a prerequisite for CREDIT CONNECTION to meet its obligations hereunder, CREDIT CONNECTION shall be excused from such obligations.
