WARRANTIES BY THE LESSOR. The Lessor warrants that the environmental and development approvals necessary for the development and use of the property with the Building, as defined in the Lease Agreement, and the occupation and use of that Building as an exclusive private lodge within the Game Reserve, as contemplated in this Lease Agreement have been obtained and are in force and effect.
