Common use of Warranties Cumulative Clause in Contracts

Warranties Cumulative. The warranties set forth in Section 11 are cumulative and in addition to any other warranty provided by law or equity. These warranties survive any inspection, test, acceptance of, use or payment for the goods by Buyer. Any applicable statute of limitations runs from the date of Xxxxx’s discovery of the noncompliance of the goods with the foregoing warranties.
