Warranties - Experience/Capability. A-E represents that A-E and A-E’s consultants have the experience and capability to efficiently and expeditiously accomplish the work required under this Agreement in a timely and satisfactory manner, and A-E further represents and warrants that it will continuously furnish the necessary personnel to complete the project on a timely basis as contemplated by this Agreement.
