Warranties from Vendors. The provisions of this Annex B apply to Bombardier Parts only. However, Bombardier has made or shall make reasonable efforts to obtain favourable warranties from vendors, with respect to Vendor Parts and Power Plant Parts. Except as specifically provided under this Annex B Article 2, Bombardier shall have no liability or responsibility for any such Vendor Parts and Power Plant Parts and the warranties for those Vendor Parts and Power Plant Parts shall be the responsibility of the vendor and a matter as between Frontier and vendor.
