Common use of Warranties in relation to Supplier's Activities Clause in Contracts

Warranties in relation to Supplier's Activities. Without limiting any other warranty under this Agreement, the Supplier represents and warrants to the Customer that: (a) the Supplier's Activities will be carried out with due skill, care and diligence; (b) the Supplier's Activities (including Deliverables repaired or replaced or Services re- performed under this Agreement) will meet the Specifications and other requirements of this Agreement; (c) the Supplier's Activities will only be carried out by Supplier's Personnel who meet the Personnel requirements under this Agreement; and (d) it will perform the Supplier's Activities in accordance with all applicable Laws.
