Common use of Warranties; Indemnities Clause in Contracts

Warranties; Indemnities. Except for the warranties and indemnities contained in those Contracts set forth in Schedule 2.21, the Company has not given any warranties or indemnities relating to products or technology sold or licensed or services rendered by the Company, other than standard warranties and indemnities arising in the Ordinary Course of Business and imposed by Law. The Company has not experienced any warranty claims.
