Common use of Warranties; Limitation of Liability; Indemnity Clause in Contracts

Warranties; Limitation of Liability; Indemnity. (a) The Receiving Party acknowledges that the Providing Party is not engaged in the business of providing services of the type being provided hereunder and that the Services and Ancillary Services to be provided by the Providing Party to the Receiving Party and the Receiving Party’s Group are being provided as an accommodation to the Receiving Party and the Receiving Party’s Group in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Separation Agreement. All Services and Ancillary Services are provided “as is”.

All Services and Ancillary Services are provided “as as-is”.
