Warranties & Manuals. Subsequent to Substantial Completion and no later than fifteen (15) days following Substantial Completion, the Design-Builder shall prepare and submit the following documentation: (i) a complete set of product manuals (O&M), training videos, warranties, etc.; (ii) attic stock; (iii) an equipment schedule; (iv) a proposed schedule of maintenance for the renovated building; (v) environmental, health and safety documents for the renovated building; and (vi) all applicable inspection certificates/permits (boiler, elevator, emergency evacuation plans, health inspection, etc.) for the renovated building. No later than thirty (30) days following Substantial Completion, the Design-Builder shall prepare and submit: (x) a complete set of its Project files; and (y) a set of record drawings, including BIM model(s). The Design-Builder shall prepare an “as-built” plan of the site including all the modifications performed during construction, within 30 days of completion. The Design-Builder shall also submit warranty information on all design requirements within 30 days of completion.
