Warranties of Function. A. Contractor represents and warrants that for one year following the final acceptance of any Deliverable provided by Contractor, the Deliverable will perform materially as described in the technical specifications set forth in this Agreement or in a specific SOW. B. Contractor represents and warrants that no Deliverable, when installed, will impair or degrade the performance of any existing system, during the period from installation until Final System Acceptance.
