Common use of Warranties on Deposit of Euro Clause in Contracts

Warranties on Deposit of Euro. Every Person depositing Euro under this Agreement shall be deemed thereby to represent and warrant that the Person making such deposit is duly authorized to do so and that at the time of delivery, the Euro are free and clear of any lien, pledge, encumbrance, right, charge or claim (other than the rights created by this Agreement). All representations and warranties deemed made under this Section 3.2 shall survive the deposit of Euro, Delivery or Surrender of Shares or termination of this Agreement.
