Common use of Warranties on Deposit of Shares Clause in Contracts

Warranties on Deposit of Shares. Every person depositing Shares under this Deposit Agreement shall be deemed thereby to represent and warrant that those Shares and each certificate therefor, if applicable, are validly issued, fully paid and nonassessable and were not issued in violation of any preemptive or similar rights of the holders of outstanding securities of the Company and that the person making that deposit is duly authorized so to do. Every depositing person shall also be deemed to represent that the Shares, at the time of deposit, are not Restricted Securities. All representations and warranties deemed made under this Section shall survive the deposit of Shares and delivery of American Depositary Shares.

Warranties on Deposit of Shares. Every depositing such person shall also be deemed to represent that the Shares, at the time of deposit, Shares deposited under this Deposit Agreement and Receipts evidencing American Depositary Shares representing such Shares sold by that person are not Restricted Securities. All Such representations and warranties deemed made under this Section shall survive the deposit of Shares and delivery issuance of American Depositary SharesReceipts.

All Such representations and warranties deemed made under this Section shall survive the deposit of Shares and delivery issuance of American Depositary SharesReceipts.

All Such representations and warranties deemed made under this Section shall survive the deposit of Shares and delivery of American Depositary Shares.

Every person depositing Shares under this Deposit Agreement shall be deemed thereby to represent and warrant that those such Shares and each certificate therefor, if applicable, are validly issued, fully paid and paid, nonassessable and were not issued in violation free of any preemptive or similar pre emptive rights of the holders of outstanding securities of the Company Shares and that the person making that such deposit is duly authorized so to do. Every depositing such person shall also be deemed to represent that the Shares, at deposit of such Shares and the time sale of deposit, Receipts evidencing American Depositary Shares representing such Shares by that person are not Restricted Securitiesrestricted under the Securities Act. All Such representations and warranties deemed made under this Section shall survive the deposit of Shares and delivery issuance of American Depositary SharesReceipts.

Warranties on Deposit of Shares. Every person depositing Shares under this Deposit Agreement shall be deemed thereby to represent and warrant that those Shares and each certificate therefor, if applicable, are duly and validly authorized and issued, fully paid and nonassessable and were not issued in violation of any preemptive or similar rights of the holders of outstanding securities of the Company and that the person making that deposit is duly authorized so to do. Every depositing person shall also be deemed to represent that the Shares, at the time of deposit, are not Restricted Securities. All representations and warranties deemed made under this Section shall survive the deposit of Shares and delivery of American Depositary Shares.
