Common use of Warranties or Representations Clause in Contracts

Warranties or Representations. Any warranty, representation or other statement by or on behalf of the Guarantor contained in this Agreement, or in any instrument furnished in compliance with or in reference to this Agreement, is false or misleading in any material respect and action which eliminates such falsity or misleading character is not completed for a period of thirty days after written notification by the Credit Obligor of such false or misleading statement;
