Warranties Repeated For Replacements and New Software. The warranties and other provisions of this Section 6 shall be automatically repeated for any modifications of the Software delivered to remedy any non-compliance with the warranties under Sections 6.1 and 6.2 and for any New Software, in each case upon shipment of the same by Xxxxxx XX to Licensee.
