Warrants for Fractions of Shares. To the extent that a Holder is entitled to receive on the exercise or partial exercise thereof a fraction of a share, such right may be exercised in respect of such fraction only in combination with another Warrant which in the aggregate entitle the Holder to receive a whole number of shares.
