Warrants Void after Expiry Time. After the Expiry Time no holder of a ------------------------------- Warrant Certificate representing a Warrant which has not been validly exercised as set forth herein has any rights either under this Indenture or the Warrant, and the Warrants are void and of no value or effect. All provisions of this Indenture are subject to this Section 5.5.
