Common use of WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR Clause in Contracts

WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR. The Owner acknowledges that during this Agreement, Xxxxxx may at its discretion appoint a contractor or agent to administer the Xxxxxx Warranty on its behalf. Such appointment may be made without prior notice to the Owner. The Owner hereby irrevocably consents to any such appointment.
