Common use of Warranty and Product Liability Claims Clause in Contracts

Warranty and Product Liability Claims. Schedule 2.23 attached hereto contains a true, correct and complete (i) list of all product liability claims made against the Company from January 1, 1995 through the date hereof, the current status of all such claims and the costs of all actions taken in satisfaction of such claims and (ii) summary of the Company's warranty policy. All information relative to such claims and those arising thereafter shall be available to the Buyer from and after the date hereof.

Warranty and Product Liability Claims. All information relative to such claims and those arising thereafter shall be available to the Buyer SYI from and after the date hereof.

All information relative to such claims and those arising thereafter shall be available to the Buyer from and after the date hereof.

Warranty and Product Liability Claims. All information relative to such claims and those arising thereafter shall be available to the Buyer Buyers from and after the date hereof.

All information relative to such claims and those arising thereafter shall be available to the Buyer from and after the date hereof.

Warranty and Product Liability Claims. Schedule 2.23 3.25 attached hereto contains a true, correct and complete (i) list of all warranty and product liability claims made against the Company or any of the Subsidiaries from January October 1, 1995 1999 through the date hereofhereof in the amount of $50,000 or more, the current status of all such claims claims, and the costs of all actions taken in satisfaction of such claims and (ii) summary of the Company's warranty policyclaims. All information relative to such claims and those arising thereafter shall be available to the Buyer from and after the date hereof.
