Dell-branded hardware Products will conform to the Dell specifications current when the Product is shipped and will, as a minimum, benefit from Dell‟s „Basic Hardware Support‟ warranty for any particular Product and for the Warranty Period detailed in paragraphs B2 and C2 below, depending upon the nature of the Product end user.
