Warranty as to Property Ownership; Authority to Enter Agreement. Developer hereby warrants that it owns fee title to the Property and that it has the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Each Party warrants that the individuals who have signed this Agreement have the legal power, right, and authority make this Agreement and bind each respective Party.
