Warranty by Developer. In accordance with Section 17.21.080 of the Fruita Municipal Code, the Developer shall warrant any and all required improvements constructed by Developer pursuant to this Agreement and the Subdivision Final Plat and all accompanying documents, drawings, and plans for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date the City certifies that the same conform with the approved specifications. The warranty period begins on the day City Council approves the Partial Release of Security per subsection 9.5 below.
