WARRANTY BY THE UNIVERSITY. 14.1 The University warrants that it has the lawful right to grant this license, subject to DOE assignment of rights in the Technology to the University in the event such rights are not owned by the University, and that it has not granted any rights under the University's Patent Rights to any other party that diminish any right granted to Licensee, except as required by action of law or by the University's prime contract with DOE.
