Warranty for Services. For each Service, we warrant that we will perform it: 1. in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards, 2. according to its current description contained in this Agreement, an Attachment, or a Transaction Document, and 3. in a manner so that the Service and the network shall be compatible with your equipment. OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
