Common use of Warranty for Services Clause in Contracts

Warranty for Services. Seller warrants that all Services performed hereunder shall be performed by employees or agents of Seller who are experienced and skilled in their profession. Seller further warrants that all Services performed under this contract, at the time of acceptance, shall conform to the requirements of this contract. Buyer shall give written notice of any defect or nonconformance to Seller within one year from the date of acceptance by Xxxxx. Buyer may, at its option, either (a) require correction or re-performance of any defective or nonconforming Services at no additional cost to Buyer. Any Services corrected or reperformed shall be subject to this article to the same extent as work initially performed.
