Warranty for Services. Contractor warrants and represents to the Board that Contractor possesses the background, experience, expertise and qualifications to undertake and to carry out the Services. Contractor further warrants and represents that the Services will performed in a professional, good, through and workmanlike manner, and consistent with accepted industry standards.
