Warranty for Services. IBM warrants that it performs each IBM Service using reasonable care and skill and according to its current description (including any completion criteria) contained in this Agreement, an Attachment, or a Transaction Document. Customer agrees to provide timely written notice of any failure to comply with this warranty so that IBM can take corrective action.
