Warranty - Infringement. Interline warrants that as of the date of this Agreement Interline has no actual knowledge that any Disclosed Information to be used by Licensee or a Sublicensee in accordance with this Agreement infringes any patent, trade secret or copyright of a third party. There is no express or implied warranty of noninfringement except as expressly stated above in this Paragraph 7.
