Warranty of Material Furnished by Paltar. Paltar does not warrant the condition or fitness for the purpose intended of the Material furnished. In case defective Material is furnished by Paltar for the Operating Account, credit shall not be passed to the Operating Account until adjustment has been received by Paltar from the manufacturers or their agents.
