Warranty of Non-infringement. Consultant represents and warrants that the Consultant is either the author of all deliverables to be provided under this Agreement or has obtained and holds all rights necessary to carry out this Agreement. Consultant further represents and warrants that the Services to be provided under this Agreement do not and will not infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right of any third party.
