Common use of Warranty of Quality Clause in Contracts

Warranty of Quality. Artist warrants that the Artwork shall be free of defects in material and workmanship, including without limitation any defects consisting of "inherent vice" or qualities accelerating the deterioration of the Artwork, and that Artist shall correct, at Artist’s expense, any such defects which appear within a period of two (2) years from Final Acceptance of the Artwork.

Warranty of Quality. Artist warrants and represents to CCGJ that the Artwork shall be free of defects in material and workmanship, including without limitation any defects consisting of "inherent vice" or qualities accelerating the deterioration of the Artwork, and that Artist shall correct, at Artist’s expense, any such defects which appear within a period of two one (21) years year from Final Acceptance of the ArtworkArtwork or completion of any repairs under this section, as applicable.
