Common use of WARRANTY ON MATERIALS, DESIGN, MANUFACTURE Clause in Contracts

WARRANTY ON MATERIALS, DESIGN, MANUFACTURE. Contractor represents and warrants that all Goods shall be new, unused, current production models, where applicable, and shall be free from defects in materials, design and manufacture for the duration of the manufacturer’s warranty period specified in Section 4. Contractor further represents and warrants that all Goods are in compliance with and meet or exceed all Specifications set forth in section 6, Specifications.

WARRANTY ON MATERIALS, DESIGN, MANUFACTURE. Contractor represents and warrants that all Goods shall be new, unused, current production models, where applicable, fit for their intended purpose, and shall be free from defects in materials, design and manufacture manufacturer for the duration life of the manufacturer’s warranty period specified in Section 4. Contractor further represents and warrants that all Goods are in compliance with and meet or exceed all Specifications set forth in section 6original warranty, Specifications.as well as any extended warranties offered by Contractor.‌
