Common use of Warranty on Rights of Use Clause in Contracts

Warranty on Rights of Use. The County warrants that it is the owner of the Licensee’s Operating Area and has the right to grant the rights to use the Licensee’s Operating Area under the terms of this Agreement. Provided that Licensee performs all of its obligations under this Agreement, and except as otherwise provided by this Agreement, Licensee's rights under this Agreement will not be disturbed by the County or the County's employees, contractors, or agents.
