Warranty Regarding IP Rights. Seller warrants to Buyer that the use by Buyer (or any party licensed by Buyer) of any Proprietary Information provided by Seller to Buyer will not infringe the IP Rights of any Third Party. The warranty under this clause survives expiry or termination of this Agreement.
