Common use of Warranty Regarding Viruses and PCI Compliance Clause in Contracts

Warranty Regarding Viruses and PCI Compliance. Contractor further represents, warrants, and agrees that the Products are free from currently-known viruses or malicious software (at the time the Products and any subsequent versions thereof are provided to County), and that Contractor has and will continue, for the full term of this Agreement, to use commercially reasonable security measures to ensure the integrity of the Products from data leaks, hackers, denial of service attacks, and other unauthorized intrusions. If the Products accept, transmit or store any credit cardholder data, Contractor represents and warrants that the Products comply with the most recent Security Standards Council’s Payment Card Industry (“PCI”) Payment Application Data Security Standard.
