Statistical Area means the District of Columbia; Virginia Cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Fredericksburg, Manassas, and Manassas Park; the Virginia Counties of Arlington, Xxxxxx, Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudon, Prince Xxxxxxx, Spotsylvania, Xxxxxxxx, and Xxxxxx; the Maryland Counties of Calvert, Charles, Frederick, Xxxxxxxxxx, and Prince Xxxxxxx; and the West Virginia County of Jefferson.
