Common use of Washington State Standards for Indigent Defense Clause in Contracts

Washington State Standards for Indigent Defense. where referenced herein, shall mean and refer to the most recent adoption of indigent defense standards or amendments thereto by the Washington State Supreme Court and/or the Office of Public Defense. Any alleged violation of any Standard for Indigent Defense shall be determined by reference to the applicable standard in effect at the time of the alleged offense.
