Common use of Waste or Nuisance Clause in Contracts

Waste or Nuisance. Tenant will not commit or suffer to be committed any waste upon the Premises or any nuisance or other act or thing which may unreasonably disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant in the Building in which the Premises are located. Landlord is not responsible to Tenant for the waste, nuisance, or disturbances caused by other tenants of Building.
