Waste or Nuisance. The Tenant shall not commit or suffer to be committed any waste upon the Farm or any nuisance or other act or thing which may disturb the quiet enjoyment of occupants of adjoining properties, or which may adversely affect the Landlord's interest in the Farm or the Land.
