Common use of Waste or Nuisance Clause in Contracts

Waste or Nuisance. Lessee shall not commit, or suffer to be committed, any waste upon the Leased Premises, or any nuisance, or other act or thing which may disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant or occupant of the Complex in which the Leased Premises are located.

Lessee Lesser shall not commit, or nor suffer to be committed, any waste upon the Leased Premisespremises, or any nuisance, or other act or thing which may disturb the quiet enjoyment of any other tenant or occupant tenants in any of the Complex buildings on the premises or damage; injure, take or destroy the property of others including the property of the Lessor and its other Lessees. Xxxxxx agrees to wholly indemnify Lessor from any act by Lessee or its invitees in which the Leased Premises are locatedviolation of this paragraph.
