Water entitlements. 4.1 Subject to the Documents, the Customer is entitled to the number of Water Entitlements in respect of which the Customer is the registered holder in the Water Entitlements Register.

In the event that, during the term of the Lease, Imperial Irrigation District or any entity offers lessees and/or landowners of farmland consideration for entitlements for the use of the water that is not needed for the use on the Premises by Lessee, Lessee and or Lessor shall share equally during the term of the Lease the Income derived from such entitlements relating to the Premises.
