Water Rent Clause Samples
The Water Rent clause defines the tenant's obligation to pay for water supplied to the leased premises. Water Rent. Lessee further agrees to pay as additional rent all charges for water consumed upon the Demised Premises and all charges for repairs to the water meter or meters on the Demised Premises, whether such repairs are made necessary by ordinary wear and tear, freezing, hot water, accident or other causes, immediately when the same become due.

Water Rent. Lessee further agrees to pay as additional rent, all water usage consumed at the demised premises if the same becomes due, excluding hook ups fees, installation of meters and or other charges required to hook into Stroudsburg Water Authority to the premises (if applicable).
Water Rent. A. The water rent payable by the User shall be based on the actual metered amount of water used by the User for the pertinent period. There shall be an advance of six (6) months water rent estimated at $ . The rate per unit of water shall be as established by the District from time to time for inside and outside Users as provided by the Town Law. The rate for outside users shall be 1.50 times the inside user rate.
B. Late payments or failure to make payments within thirty (30) days of rendering of a ▇▇▇▇ will subject the User to a penalties as contained within the Common Water Law #1 of 2016 of the Town of Cape ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
C. The User acknowledges the continuing nature of the services provided by the District under the Agreement and that the quarterly billing of the District does not affect the User's obligations to pay for water provided during the term of this agreement. The District billing shall not be construed as an accrual of causes of action.
D. Water services shall be shut off if payment is 60 days in arrears.
Water Rent. Lessor shall be responsible for supplying water at Lessor's sole cost and expense.
Water Rent. SEWER If a separate water meter be installed for the demised premises, or any part thereof, the Tenant will keep the same in repair and pay the charges made by the municipality of water supply company for or in respect to the consumption of water, as and when bills therefor are rendered. If the demised premises, or any part thereof, be supplied with water through a meter which supplies other premises, the Tenant will pay to the Landlord, as and when bills are rendered therefore, the Tenant's proportionate part of all charges which the municipality or water supply company shall make for all water consumed through said meter, as indicated by said meter. Such proportionate part shall be fixed by apportioning the respective charge according to floor area against all of the rentable floor area in the building (exclusive of the basement) which shall have been occupied during the period of the respective charges, taking into account the period that each part of such area was occupied. Tenant agrees to pay as additional rent the Tenant's proportionate part determined as aforesaid, of the sewer rent or charge imposed or assessed upon the building of which the premises are a part.
